Guitars Done Right LLC owns and operates MasterPro Guitar Setups™. Contact info@MasterPro-Guitar-Setups.com about personal information and account records.
We process registration and business contact information, technician identity and qualifications, membership and billing references, agreement versions and acceptance records, and the job/certificate information you enter. Acceptance records can include submission time, IP address and browser information. We retain password hashes and expiring reset-token hashes rather than plaintext account passwords.
Payment providers process payment details. WooCommerce records order, subscription, transaction and refund references; do not send us card numbers or passwords. We use these records to operate memberships, prevent account misuse, review certification, document consent, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
The public technician directory shows certification status, not Google ratings. Certificate-number/QR verification publicly displays the recorded certificate status and associated technician, customer name, instrument and recorded completion information. Canceled/revoked numbers continue to resolve with their invalid status. Enter customer information only when you have the right to do so.
We use verified rating evidence for monthly certification reviews. An unsuccessful lookup is not treated as a low rating. Administrative review evidence is retained internally.
Account access ends when the approved full-refund termination rule applies, including exports. Necessary internal accounting, consent, job and certificate history is retained for system integrity and applicable obligations; termination does not erase the original records.
Request access, corrections or other applicable privacy rights by contacting us. We verify identity before disclosing or changing account information. Retention and disclosure are limited to operational needs, applicable obligations and rights; this notice does not waive rights that applicable law protects.
