MasterPro Toolkit Refund Terms

Guitars Done Right LLC owns and operates MasterPro Guitar Setups™.

The $99 USD Toolkit includes the Fret Renewal Tool, Setup Probe, Relief Gauge and Nut Gauge, plus 30 days of system access. U.S. Toolkit shipping is free; International Toolkit shipping is $29 USD per shipment wherever USPS service is available. Import duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Request a Toolkit refund within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping. Return all four physical tools in as-received condition. They must be received and inspected before refund approval. Contact info@MasterPro-Guitar-Setups.com for return instructions before shipping.

A request alone does not terminate membership. Partial refunds and payment disputes are reviewed administratively. When all money ever received from the customer has been refunded, membership ends immediately: no account, job, export, certificate issuance or printing access remains. All certificates under the affected account are revoked, and their existing public QR links display REVOKED. Necessary internal records remain retained.

Voluntary cancellation stops future membership renewals and preserves paid access through the paid-through date. Certification status alone does not cancel paid membership. These terms do not waive applicable statutory rights.
